Amazing Fun Park Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Amazing Fun Park (AFP)! We are excited to have you visit our indoor amusement park. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions. By entering the park or booking a birthday party, you agree to these terms:  

1. General Admission

  • We are a cashless facility and do not accept cash payments. We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, and Debit cards for all transactions.
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times.
  • Admission includes access to all park attractions for a set period of time (2 hours).
  • All guests are required to sign a waiver before entering the park. This waiver is available online prior to your visit or can be signed upon arrival at the park.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed in the park, except for birthday party bookings where food arrangements have been made in advance.
  • All guests must adhere to posted safety rules and follow the instructions of park staff.

2. Safety and Supervision

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times within the park.
  • For safety reasons, only children within the age and height restrictions may access specific rides and attractions.
  • Running, rough play, or inappropriate behavior is not permitted.
  • All guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participation in indoor rides and attractions.
  • AFP reserves the right to ask any guest or party displaying inappropriate or unsafe behaviour to leave the premises without a refund.

3. Rides and Attractions

  • Some rides have height, weight, or age restrictions for safety reasons. Please ensure your child meets these requirements before participating.
  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff and posted signage when using rides and attractions.
  • AFP is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of rides or failure to follow safety guidelines.

4. Health and Safety

  • If a child or guardian is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend the park to protect the health and safety of other guests.
  • AFP maintains rigorous cleaning and sanitization protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

5. Payment and Refunds

  • Admission tickets and party deposits are non-refundable, except in the event of park closure or at AFP’s discretion.
  • In the event of a canceled birthday party, deposits may be transferred to another date subject to availability.

6. Lost or Stolen Items

  • AFP is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.  

7. Liability Waiver

  • By entering AFP, all guests assume the risk of injury from normal use of attractions and equipment. AFP will not be held liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance with park rules or misuse of equipment.  

8. Photography and Media

  • AFP reserves the right to take photographs or videos of guests within the park for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member upon arrival.  

9. Amendments

  • AFP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
 

Amazing Fun Park Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Amazing Fun Park (AFP) to celebrate your special event. To ensure that your party is enjoyable and runs smoothly, please review the following Terms and Conditions. By booking a birthday party with us, you agree to abide by these terms:

1. Registration & Payment

  • Birthday party bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  • A non-refundable deposit of between $100 and $300, depending on the Party Bundle size, is required at the time of booking to secure your party reservation. This deposit will be applied to the final balance.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the party. All add-ons will be settled during check-out at the end of the party.
  • It is the responsibility of the party host to pay for all guests in their party and to settle the final bill, including any add-ons. AFP will conduct a final guest count during the party and the party host will be required to review and sign off on the total number of guests before checkout.
  • Final confirmation of the number of children attending the party must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Charges will be based on the confirmed number, even if fewer children attend.
  • The confirmed number of children cannot be reduced on the day of the party. The party host will be charged for the number of guests confirmed.
  • Birthday party bookings may be upgraded to a larger party bundle, subject to availability. Same-day upgrades can only be accommodated based on park capacity and current availability at the time of the request.
  • If additional children attend beyond the confirmed bundle, the party host is responsible for the additional admission charges per child, which must be paid in full before the party ends.

2. Waiver Requirement

  • All guests attending the birthday party are required to sign a waiver prior to entering the park. Please direct your guests to the AFP website to sign a waiver at least 5 days before the scheduled party.
  • It is the responsibility of the party host to ensure all guests, including children and adults, have signed the waiver.

3. Party Duration and Schedule

  • Birthday parties have a set duration, which will be specified at the time of booking (Total of 2 hours that includes 1.5 hours at the party table). Party hosts must vacate the designated party area at the scheduled end time to allow for cleaning and preparation for subsequent parties.
  • A fine of $50 per 15 min will be applied if the party is late in vacating the party area.
  • Additional time at the party table may be requested, subject to availability and additional fees.
  • Party hosts are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time, and not any earlier, to ensure smooth party preparation and start times.
  • Please ensure your guests arrive on time to make the most of your party. Extra time cannot be added due to late arrivals.
  • AFP does not guarantee specific party table locations. We reserve the right to assign party tables according to the park’s needs in order to accommodate all birthday parties scheduled during the same time slot.

4. Food and Beverages

  • Outside food, snacks and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of birthday cake, cupcakes,
    brownies, cookies or donuts. Violation of this rule will result in a $100 fine.
  • Birthday cakes brought into the park must comply with safety guidelines (nut-free, ice cream cakes are not allowed).
  • Juice boxes or water are included in the party package for each paid child. 1 Drink per child. Extra juice boxes, soda and water are available for purchase.  

5. Supervision and Safety

  • A minimum of one responsible adult (18 years or older) per party table must remain in the party area to supervise the children throughout the event.
  • AFP staff will assist with setting up, serving, and cleaning, but supervision of children is the responsibility of the adult hosts.
  • Parents or guardians must ensure that all children adhere to park safety rules and ride restrictions (e.g., height and age limits).
  • Running, rough play, or unsafe behavior is not permitted. AFP reserves the right to ask guests to leave if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, with no refund.  

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit may be transferred to a future date (one time only), subject to availability and approval by AFP management.
  • Rescheduling a party is possible if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • If AFP must cancel the party due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, park closures), a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

7. Decorations and Set-Up

  • AFP will provide basic party essentials (tableware).
  • If you wish to bring your own decorations, please inform us in advance. No decorations can be attached to walls or ceilings without prior approval.
  • Decorations need to fit within the party table space provided and do not extend beyond the designated area to avoid obstructing walkways or other guests.
  • Decorations such as confetti, glitter, or piñatas are not permitted due to cleaning and safety concerns.  

8. Guest Conduct and Damages

  • All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other park attendees. AFP reserves the right to ask disruptive guests to leave without a refund.
  • The host of the party is financially responsible for any damages caused to the park property or equipment by members of their party.
  • Party guests share the entire park with other visitors. If there are wait times for any attractions, party guests are kindly asked to wait their turn, just like all other visitors.

9. Photography and Media

  • Guests are welcome to take photos and videos of the event. However, for the safety and privacy of other guests, photography and videography are restricted to your party area and your party participants.
  • AFP reserves the right to take photographs or videos of birthday parties for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your party to be photographed, please inform staff upon booking.  

10. Liability

  • AFP is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during the party.
  • By attending the party, all guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participation in indoor rides and attractions.
  • AFP will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during the party as a result of failure to follow park safety rules or failure to supervise children properly.  

11. Health and Safety

  • If any child or guest is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that they refrain from attending the party to protect the health of other guests.
  • AFP follows strict cleaning protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.

12. Form of Payment

  • We are a cashless facility. We do not accept cash payments. We only accept VISA, Mastercard, and Debit card payments.

13. Final Notes

  • AFP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the party host as needed.

AFP Adventure Camp Terms & Conditions

Thank you for enrolling your child in AFP Adventure Camp. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and engaging experience for all campers. By registering your child, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Registration & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot.
  • Weekly and daily registrations are subject to availability.
  • All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Registrations are non-transferable without prior approval from AFP.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Credits may be issued at AFP’s sole discretion.
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for missed days, late arrivals, or early pick-ups.

3. Waiver Requirement

  • A valid AFP Waiver and Release of Liability must be completed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
  • Campers will not be permitted to attend
    without a completed waiver.

4. Participation & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in AFP Adventure Camp includes a variety of recreational activities such as rides, play structures, games, performing arts, STEM activities, and team challenges.
  • Parents/guardians understand and acknowledge that participation in these activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical or emotional injury, illness, or damage to personal property. Participation is voluntary and campers may choose not to participate in any activity if they feel uncomfortable. 

5. Health & Medical Responsibility

  • Parents/guardians confirm that their child is physically and medically able to participate.
  • Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed at registration.
  • AFP recommends consulting a physician if there are any concerns regarding participation.

6. Supervision & Camp Structure

  • Campers participate in structured and supervised recreational activities.
  • AFP Program Leaders provide supervision, however one-on-one supervision is not guaranteed.
  • Campers must follow all staff instructions and safety rules at all times.  

7. Guest Conduct and Damages

  • All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other park attendees. AFP reserves the right to ask disruptive guests to leave without a refund.
  • The host of the party is financially responsible for any damages caused to the park property or equipment by members of their party.
  • Party guests share the entire park with other visitors. If there are wait times for any attractions, party guests are kindly asked to wait their turn, just like all other visitors.

8. Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Campers must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian or authorized individual.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for timely pick-up at the end of camp hours or extended care.
  • AFP is not responsible for campers outside of registered program hours.
  • Campers must be picked up promptly at the end of their registered program hours.
  • A 10-minute grace period will be provided. After the grace period, a late pick-up fee of $15 per 15 minutes per child may apply.
  • Repeated late pick-ups may result in suspension from extended care services.

9. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Campers must behave respectfully toward staff and other participants.
  • Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from camp without refund.
  • AFP maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and aggressive behaviour.

10. Personal Belongings

  • All personal items should be labeled.
  • AFP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, including electronics, toys, or valuables.

11. Media Consent

  • AFP may photograph or record campers during activities.
  • These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
  • Parents must notify AFP in writing if they do not consent.  

12. Limitation of Liability

  • AFP shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in camp activities.
  • AFP’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the camp program.
  • AFP is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

  • Parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless AFP, its directors, staff, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from their child’s participation.

14. Program Changes

  • AFP reserves the right to modify activities, schedules, or programming as needed to ensure safety and quality of experience.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by  the laws of the Province of Ontario.

16. Parent / Guardian Agreement

By registering your child in AFP Adventure Camp, you confirm that:

  • You are the parent or legal guardian (or have authority to register the child). • You have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • You accept the risks associated with participation.

 

AFP Amazing 5 & Amazing 8 Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using an AFP Amazing 5 or Amazing 8 Multi-Pass, the purchaser agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. MULTI-PASS OPTIONS

Amazing 5

Includes five (5) regular 2-hour child admissions.

Amazing 8

Includes eight (8) regular 2-hour child admissions.

Each redeemed admission provides one eligible child with one regular 2-hour AFP play session during eligible public operating hours.

2. COMPLIMENTARY ACCOMPANYING ADULT

Each redeemed child admission includes one complimentary accompanying adult.

  • 1 admission redeemed = 1 child + 1 accompanying adult
  • 3 admissions redeemed = 3 children + up to 3 accompanying adults
  • 5 admissions redeemed = 5 children + up to 5 accompanying adults

Additional adults beyond the number of redeemed child admissions are subject to AFP’s regular additional-adult admission fee.

3. SHAREABLE ADMISSIONS

Amazing 5 and Amazing 8 admissions are shareable and do not have to be used by the same child. Admissions may be used for the passholder’s children, siblings, family members, friends and playdate guests. Multiple admissions may be redeemed during the same visit.

The registered Multi-Pass holder does not need to be present when admissions are redeemed, provided the redemption has been authorized in accordance with Section 4 below.

For example, an Amazing 5 holder may use one admission on five separate visits, redeem all five admissions for five children during one visit, or authorize another adult to redeem a specified number of admissions on the passholder’s behalf.

4. MULTI-PASS ACCOUNT & AUTHORIZED REDEMPTIONS

The Multi-Pass remains registered to and controlled by the original purchaser/passholder’s AFP account.

If the registered passholder will not be present, the passholder may authorize another adult to redeem admissions by either:

  • Emailing play@amazingfunpark.ca from the email address registered to the Multi-Pass account; or
  • Calling Amazing Fun Park at (905) 212-7444 from the telephone number registered to the Multi-Pass account.

The authorization must identify the authorized adult and the number of Multi-Pass admissions approved for redemption. AFP may also request the intended visit date or other reasonable information necessary to verify the authorization.

Each authorization applies only to the specified redemption or visit unless otherwise approved by AFP.

Calls made from the registered telephone number may be used to verify authorization. If the passholder calls from another telephone number, AFP may require additional account verification before accepting the authorization.

AFP may record the authorization on the passholder’s account and may request reasonable identification or additional verification from the authorized adult where necessary.

Possession of a screenshot, photograph, forwarded confirmation, QR code or other Multi-Pass information does not, by itself, constitute authorization to redeem admissions.

The passholder remains responsible for all authorized use of their Multi-Pass.

5. NO RESALE, UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFER OR MISUSE

Multi-Pass admissions may be shared with the passholder’s family, friends and guests in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, but may not be sold, advertised for sale, exchanged for payment or other consideration, or used for commercial purposes.

Multi-Pass account credentials, redemption codes or other account access information should not be distributed to others for the purpose of bypassing AFP’s authorization procedures.

AFP reserves the right to refuse a redemption, request additional verification, or suspend or cancel a Multi-Pass where AFP reasonably suspects fraud, unauthorized resale, unauthorized use or misuse.

6. VALIDITY

Amazing 5 and Amazing 8 are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase. Unused admissions expire at the end of the validity period.

Unused or expired admissions will not be refunded, extended, converted to cash or transferred to another AFP product except where required by applicable law.

7. COMPLIMENTARY AFP GRIP SOCKS

Each new Amazing 5 or Amazing 8 Multi-Pass purchase includes one complimentary pair of AFP grip socks.

  • Limited to one pair per Multi-Pass purchased
  • No cash value
  • Cannot be exchanged for another product, discount or credit

Additional grip socks may be purchased at AFP’s regular price.

8. RESERVATIONS & CAPACITY

Multi-Pass ownership does not guarantee admission to AFP at a particular date or time. All visits are subject to AFP’s regular operating schedule, session availability, facility capacity, temporary closures, private events or facility buyouts, and other operational requirements.

Advance reservations are recommended, particularly during weekends, holidays and other high-demand periods. If a session has reached capacity, the passholder may be required to select another available session.

9. ELIGIBLE ADMISSION

Amazing 5 and Amazing 8 admissions apply to eligible regular 2-hour AFP child admission only. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Multi-Pass admissions cannot be used toward:

  • Birthday parties
  • Adventure Camp
  • Field trips
  • Private events
  • Private facility rentals
  • Separately ticketed events
  • Special programs
  • Other separately priced AFP products or services

10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Amazing 5 and Amazing 8 pricing and admissions cannot be combined with other AFP admission promotions, coupons, discounts or special pricing unless specifically permitted by AFP. Multi-Pass admissions cannot be exchanged for the cash value of another AFP promotion or discounted admission.

11. REFUNDS & CASH VALUE

Amazing 5 and Amazing 8 purchases are non-refundable after purchase, subject to applicable law. Unused admissions, complimentary socks and other Multi-Pass benefits have no cash value.

12. AFP POLICIES & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

All passholders, children, accompanying adults and guests must comply with AFP’s regular admission policies, waiver requirements, safety rules, grip sock requirements, facility rules and Guest Conduct Policies. Multi-Pass ownership does not exempt any guest from AFP’s regular safety or admission requirements.

13. ATTRACTION AVAILABILITY

Operating hours and attraction availability may change due to maintenance, repairs, private events, operational requirements, safety considerations or circumstances beyond AFP’s reasonable control. Multi-Pass ownership does not guarantee access to any particular attraction during every visit.

Temporary attraction closures do not automatically entitle a passholder to a refund, replacement admission or credit.

14. FRAUD, MISUSE & REVOCATION

AFP reserves the right to suspend or revoke a Multi-Pass without refund in cases of fraud, unauthorized resale, commercial transfer, misuse, inappropriate conduct or violation of AFP policies.

15. PROGRAM CHANGES

Amazing Fun Park may modify Multi-Pass operating rules, benefits or Terms & Conditions from time to time upon reasonable notice where appropriate and subject to applicable law.

AFP Unlimited Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using an AFP Unlimited Monthly Membership, the account holder agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PRICING

AFP Unlimited is available for one registered child, with sibling membership options available for families with two or more eligible children.

Membership options include: 1 Child; 2 Siblings; 3 Siblings; and Additional Siblings.

Sibling pricing applies only to eligible children within the same immediate family or household and registered under the same membership account. AFP reserves the right to request reasonable verification of eligibility for sibling pricing.

2. REGISTERED CHILDREN

AFP Unlimited is assigned to the child or children registered under the membership account. Membership access is non-transferable. A registered child may not be substituted for another child or allow another child to use their Unlimited Membership.

3. UNLIMITED PLAY

  • Unlimited eligible AFP visits while the membership is active and paid
  • All-day play during eligible regular AFP public operating hours
  • Access during eligible weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • Access to AFP’s regular attractions included with general admission

“Unlimited All-Day Play” allows each registered child to enjoy AFP for as long as they wish during eligible public operating hours on the day of their visit, subject to AFP’s operating schedule, capacity, session availability, private events, facility buyouts and other operational requirements.

All-Day Play removes the standard 2-hour play-session limit for AFP Unlimited members. It does not automatically include same-day re-entry after a member leaves the facility. Same-day re-entry may be permitted at AFP’s discretion and remains subject to capacity, availability and operational requirements.

Membership access remains for the registered child only and has no cash value.

4. COMPLIMENTARY ACCOMPANYING ADULT

Each registered AFP Unlimited child includes one complimentary accompanying adult per visit.

  • 1 registered child = up to 1 complimentary adult
  • 2 registered children = up to 2 complimentary adults
  • 3 registered children = up to 3 complimentary adults

The accompanying adult does not have to be the same person for every visit. Additional adults are subject to AFP’s regular additional-adult admission fee.

5. COMPLIMENTARY AFP GRIP SOCKS

Each new AFP Unlimited membership includes one complimentary pair of AFP grip socks upon initial membership sign-up. This is a one-time enrollment benefit and is not repeated with each monthly renewal.

The complimentary sock benefit does not automatically reset if a cancelled membership is later restarted. Complimentary socks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for another product, discount or credit.

6. 10% MERCHANDISE & CONCESSION SAVINGS

Active AFP Unlimited members receive 10% off eligible AFP merchandise and concession items. This benefit is available immediately upon membership activation.

  • Applies to eligible AFP merchandise and concession items
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons or discounts unless specifically permitted by AFP
  • Has no cash value
  • Does not apply to gift cards
  • Does not apply to admission, parties, camps, private events or other separately priced programs except where a specific Amazing Unlimited discount is expressly provided

AFP may designate certain products or concession items as excluded from the member discount.

7. 10% BIRTHDAY PARTY SAVINGS

AFP Unlimited members receive 10% off eligible regular-priced AFP Birthday Party Bundles after completing 30 consecutive days of active paid membership.

  • Membership must have been continuously active and paid for at least 30 consecutive days before the party booking
  • Membership must remain active through the date of the birthday party
  • The party must be booked by the Amazing Unlimited account holder
  • The birthday party must be for an eligible child associated with the membership account
  • The discount applies to eligible regular-priced AFP Birthday Party Bundles only
  • The discount cannot be applied retroactively
  • The discount cannot be combined with other party promotions, coupons, discounts or special pricing unless specifically permitted by AFP

8. 10% AFP ADVENTURE CAMP SAVINGS

AFP Unlimited members receive 10% off eligible regular-priced AFP Adventure Camp registrations after completing 30 consecutive days of active paid membership.

  • Membership must have been continuously active and paid for at least 30 consecutive days before camp registration
  • Membership must remain active through the first day of the applicable camp session
  • Camp registration must be for an eligible child associated with the membership account
  • The discount cannot be applied retroactively
  • The discount cannot be combined with other camp promotions, coupons or discounts unless specifically permitted by AFP

9. MONTHLY BUDDY PASS

Active AFP Unlimited memberships receive complimentary monthly Buddy Pass(es) according to the following membership tier:

  • 1 Child Membership – 1 Buddy Pass per month
  • 2 Siblings – 1 Buddy Pass per month
  • 3 Siblings – 1 Buddy Pass per month
  • 4 or More Siblings – 2 Buddy Passes per month

Each Buddy Pass includes one regular 2-hour admission for one guest child and one complimentary accompanying adult for that guest child. At least one registered AFP Unlimited child must be present when a Buddy Pass is redeemed.

  • Issued once per paid membership billing cycle
  • Expires at the end of the applicable billing cycle
  • Does not roll over or accumulate
  • Has no cash value
  • Cannot be resold or exchanged for another membership benefit
  • Subject to capacity and availability
  • Cannot be combined with other admission promotions or discounts

10. BIRTHDAY MONTH SURPRISE

Each registered AFP Unlimited child may receive an AFP Birthday Month Surprise while their membership is active.

  • Limited to one per registered child per year
  • Has no cash value
  • Cannot be exchanged for another benefit
  • May vary from time to time
  • May be subject to availability or additional promotional terms

11. MEMBERS-ONLY BENEFITS

Active AFP Unlimited members may receive access to select members-only events, offers, promotions, priority registration opportunities or other benefits as announced by AFP. Availability, eligibility and conditions may vary by offer.

12. RESERVATIONS & CAPACITY

AFP Unlimited does not guarantee admission to AFP at a particular date or time. All visits remain subject to AFP’s operating schedule, session availability, facility capacity, temporary closures, private events or facility buyouts, and other operational requirements.

Advance reservations are strongly recommended during weekends, holidays and other high-demand periods. If a session has reached capacity, the member may be required to select another available session.

13. PROGRAMS & EVENTS NOT INCLUDED

Unless specifically stated otherwise, AFP Unlimited does not include:

  • Birthday parties
  • Adventure Camp
  • Private events
  • Field trips
  • Private facility rentals
  • Separately ticketed events
  • Special programs
  • Other separately priced AFP products or services

Applicable AFP Unlimited discounts may still apply where specifically provided.

14. AUTOMATIC MONTHLY BILLING

AFP Unlimited is a recurring monthly membership. Membership automatically renews each month using the payment method on file until cancelled.

The account holder is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. If payment cannot be successfully processed, AFP may suspend membership access and benefits until payment is completed.

15. NO LONG-TERM CONTRACT – CANCEL ANYTIME

AFP Unlimited has no long-term contract. Members may cancel before their next scheduled billing date in accordance with AFP’s cancellation procedures. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

  • Once a monthly membership payment has been processed, the payment is non-refundable
  • No partial-month refund or prorated credit will be provided
  • Membership benefits remain active through the end of the paid billing cycle

16. REJOINING AFTER CANCELLATION

If a cancelled AFP Unlimited membership is restarted at a later date, it will be treated as a new membership for benefits requiring consecutive membership. The 30-consecutive-day qualification period for Birthday Party and Adventure Camp discounts will restart.

Unused Buddy Passes and other monthly benefits do not carry over. The complimentary initial sign-up sock benefit does not automatically apply again when a former member rejoins.

17. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

AFP Unlimited discounts and benefits cannot be combined with other AFP promotions, coupons, special pricing or discounts unless specifically permitted by AFP. AFP reserves the right to determine which offers may be combined.

18. AFP POLICIES & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

All members, accompanying adults and guests must comply with AFP’s regular admission policies, waiver requirements, safety requirements, grip sock requirements, facility rules and Guest Conduct Policies. Membership does not exempt any guest from AFP’s regular safety or admission requirements.

19. ATTRACTION AVAILABILITY

Operating hours and attraction availability may change due to maintenance, repairs, private events, operational requirements, safety considerations or circumstances beyond AFP’s reasonable control. AFP Unlimited does not guarantee access to any particular attraction during every visit.

Temporary attraction closures do not automatically entitle members to a refund or membership credit.

20. FRAUD, MISUSE & REVOCATION

Memberships and membership benefits may not be resold, commercially transferred, fraudulently used, shared with non-registered children or used to obtain unauthorized discounts or benefits. AFP reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership in cases of fraud, unauthorized transfer or resale, misuse, inappropriate conduct or violation of AFP policies.

21. PROGRAM & PRICING CHANGES

Amazing Fun Park may modify membership pricing, benefits, operating rules or Terms & Conditions from time to time upon reasonable notice where appropriate. A pricing change will not affect a membership billing period that has already been paid.

Continued membership renewal or use after applicable changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.

22. REFUNDS & CASH VALUE

Monthly membership payments are non-refundable once processed, subject to applicable law. Memberships, visits, Buddy Passes, discounts, complimentary socks and other membership benefits have no cash value.

All prices are subject to HST.

Amazing Fun Park reserves the right to administer the Unlimited Membership Program in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

AFP Amazing Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using an AFP Amazing Monthly Membership, the account holder agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PRICING

AFP Amazing Membership is available for one registered child at $49.99 + HST per month.

The membership fee is billed monthly to the payment method on file.

Amazing Membership requires an initial commitment of three consecutive monthly billing cycles. The three months are not charged upfront.

2. REGISTERED CHILD

Amazing Membership is assigned to the child registered under the membership account.

Membership access is non-transferable. A registered child may not be substituted for another child or allow another child to use their Amazing Membership.

3. WEEKDAY PLAY

Each registered Amazing Membership child receives:

  • Unlimited eligible weekday AFP visits while the membership is active and paid
  • Maximum one regular 2-hour play session per day
  • Access during eligible regular AFP weekday public operating hours
  • Access to AFP’s regular attractions included with general admission

“Unlimited weekday play” refers to the number of eligible weekday visits during the active membership period and does not mean unlimited hours during a single visit.

4. WEEKEND PLAY

Each registered Amazing Membership child receives:

  • One eligible weekend visit per week
  • A maximum of four weekend visits per monthly membership billing cycle
  • Each weekend visit includes one regular 2-hour play session
  • The eligible weekend visit may be used on either Saturday or Sunday, subject to AFP operating hours, capacity and availability

Only one weekend membership visit may be used within an eligible week.

Unused weekend visits do not roll over, accumulate or carry forward into another week or billing cycle and have no monetary value.

5. COMPLIMENTARY ACCOMPANYING ADULT

Each registered Amazing Membership child includes one complimentary accompanying adult per eligible visit.

The accompanying adult does not have to be the same person for every visit.

The complimentary adult admission may only be used while accompanying the registered child. Additional adults are subject to AFP’s regular additional-adult admission fee.

6. AFP GRIP SOCKS

AFP grip socks are required in applicable play areas in accordance with AFP’s regular safety policies.

Complimentary AFP grip socks are not included with the Amazing Membership unless specifically provided as part of a separate AFP promotion.

7. RESERVATIONS & CAPACITY

Amazing Membership does not guarantee admission to AFP on a particular date or at a particular time.

All visits remain subject to AFP’s:

  • Operating schedule
  • Session availability
  • Facility capacity
  • Temporary closures
  • Private events or facility buyouts
  • Other operational requirements

Advance reservations are strongly recommended for weekends, holidays, PA Days, school breaks and other high-demand periods.

If a session has reached capacity, the member may be required to select another available session.

8. PROGRAMS & EVENTS NOT INCLUDED

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Amazing Membership does not include:

  • Birthday parties
  • Adventure Camp
  • Private events
  • Field trips
  • Private facility rentals
  • Separately ticketed events
  • Special programs
  • Merchandise or concession purchases
  • Other separately priced AFP products or services

Amazing Membership does not include the discounts, Buddy Passes or other premium benefits specifically offered under the AFP Amazing Unlimited Membership unless AFP expressly provides otherwise.

9. AUTOMATIC MONTHLY BILLING

Amazing Membership is a recurring monthly membership.

The membership fee of $49.99 + HST is automatically charged monthly using the payment method on file.

The account holder is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

If payment cannot be successfully processed, AFP may suspend membership access until payment is completed.

10. THREE-MONTH INITIAL COMMITMENT

Amazing Membership requires an initial commitment of three consecutive monthly billing cycles.

The account holder is not required to pay all three months upfront. Membership fees will be charged monthly on the applicable billing date.

By enrolling, the account holder agrees to complete a minimum of three monthly membership payments.

If a cancellation request is submitted before completion of the initial three-month commitment, the remaining required monthly payment(s) will continue to be charged on their scheduled billing dates.

Membership access will remain available during the applicable paid membership periods, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

11. CANCELLATION AFTER INITIAL COMMITMENT

After the initial three-month commitment has been completed, Amazing Membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.

Members may cancel before their next scheduled billing date in accordance with AFP’s cancellation procedures.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.

  • Once a monthly membership payment has been processed, the payment is non-refundable
  • No partial-month refund or prorated credit will be provided
  • Membership benefits remain active through the end of the applicable paid billing cycle

If cancellation is requested during the initial three-month commitment, the cancellation will take effect only after the required three monthly payments have been completed.

12. REJOINING AFTER CANCELLATION

If a cancelled Amazing Membership is restarted at a later date, it will be treated as a new membership.

A new three-month initial commitment will apply unless AFP expressly states otherwise.

Unused visits or other benefits from a previous membership do not carry forward to a new membership.

13. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Amazing Membership admission and benefits cannot be combined with other AFP admission promotions, coupons, special pricing or discounts unless specifically permitted by AFP.

AFP reserves the right to determine which offers may be combined.
