Amazing Fun Park Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Amazing Fun Park (AFP)! We are excited to have you visit our indoor amusement park. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions. By entering the park or booking a birthday party, you agree to these terms.  

1. General Admission

  • We are a cashless facility and do not accept cash payments. We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, and Debit cards for all transactions.
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times.
  • Admission includes access to all park attractions for a set period of time (2 hours).
  • All guests are required to sign a waiver before entering the park. This waiver is available online prior to your visit or can be signed upon arrival at the park.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed in the park, except for birthday party bookings where food arrangements have been made in advance.
  • All guests must adhere to posted safety rules and follow the instructions of park staff.

2. Safety and Supervision

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times within the park.
  • For safety reasons, only children within the age and height restrictions may access specific rides and attractions.
  • Running, rough play, or inappropriate behavior is not permitted.
  • All guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participation in indoor rides and attractions.
  • AFP reserves the right to ask any guest or party displaying inappropriate or unsafe behaviour to leave the premises without a refund.

3. Rides and Attractions

  • Some rides have height, weight, or age restrictions for safety reasons. Please ensure your child meets these requirements before participating.
  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff and posted signage when using rides and attractions.
  • AFP is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of rides or failure to follow safety guidelines.

4. Health and Safety

  • If a child or guardian is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend the park to protect the health and safety of other guests.
  • AFP maintains rigorous cleaning and sanitization protocols to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

5. Payment and Refunds

  • Admission tickets and party deposits are non-refundable, except in the event of park closure or at AFP’s discretion.
  • In the event of a canceled birthday party, deposits may be transferred to another date subject to availability.

6. Lost or Stolen Items

  • AFP is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.  

7. Liability Waiver

  • By entering AFP, all guests assume the risk of injury from normal use of attractions and equipment. AFP will not be held liable for injuries resulting from non-compliance with park rules or misuse of equipment.  

8. Photography and Media

  • AFP reserves the right to take photographs or videos of guests within the park for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member upon arrival.  

9. Amendments

  • AFP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
 

Amazing Fun Park Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

Thank you for enrolling your child in AFP Adventure Camp. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and
engaging experience for all campers. By registering your child, you acknowledge and agree to the
following.

1. Registration & Payment

  • Birthday party bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
  • A non-refundable deposit of between $100 and $300, depending on the Party Bundle size, is required at the time of booking to secure your party reservation. This deposit will be applied to the final balance.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the party. All add-ons will be settled during check-out at the end of the party.
  • It is the responsibility of the party host to pay for all guests in their party and to settle the final bill, including any add-ons. AFP will conduct a final guest count during the party and the party host will be required to review and sign off on the total number of guests before checkout.
  • Final confirmation of the number of children attending the party must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event. Charges will be based on the confirmed number, even if fewer children attend.
  • The confirmed number of children cannot be reduced on the day of the party. The party host will be charged for the number of guests confirmed.
  • Birthday party bookings may be upgraded to a larger party bundle, subject to availability. Same-day upgrades can only be accommodated based on park capacity and current availability at the time of the request.
  • If additional children attend beyond the confirmed bundle, the party host is responsible for the additional admission charges per child, which must be paid in full before the party ends.

2. Waiver Requirement

  • All guests attending the birthday party are required to sign a waiver prior to entering the park. Please direct your guests to the AFP website to sign a waiver at least 5 days before the scheduled party.
  • It is the responsibility of the party host to ensure all guests, including children and adults, have signed the waiver.

3. Party Duration and Schedule

  • Birthday parties have a set duration, which will be specified at the time of booking (Total of 2 hours that includes 1.5 hours at the party table). Party hosts must vacate the designated party area at the scheduled end time to allow for cleaning and preparation for subsequent parties.
  • A fine of $50 per 15 min will be applied if the party is late in vacating the party area.
  • Additional time at the party table may be requested, subject to availability and additional fees.
  • Party hosts are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party time, and not any earlier, to ensure smooth party preparation and start times.
  • Please ensure your guests arrive on time to make the most of your party. Extra time cannot be added due to late arrivals.
  • AFP does not guarantee specific party table locations. We reserve the right to assign party tables according to the park’s needs in order to accommodate all birthday parties scheduled during the same time slot.

4. Food and Beverages

  • Outside food, snacks and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of birthday cake, cupcakes,
    brownies, cookies or donuts. Violation of this rule will result in a $100 fine.
  • Birthday cakes brought into the park must comply with safety guidelines (nut-free, ice cream cakes are not allowed).
  • Juice boxes or water are included in the party package for each paid child. 1 Drink per child. Extra juice boxes, soda and water are available for purchase.  

5. Supervision and Safety

  • A minimum of one responsible adult (18 years or older) per party table must remain in the party area to supervise the children throughout the event.
  • AFP staff will assist with setting up, serving, and cleaning, but supervision of children is the responsibility of the adult hosts.
  • Parents or guardians must ensure that all children adhere to park safety rules and ride restrictions (e.g., height and age limits).
  • Running, rough play, or unsafe behavior is not permitted. AFP reserves the right to ask guests to leave if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, with no refund.  

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit may be transferred to a future date (one time only), subject to availability and approval by AFP management.
  • Rescheduling a party is possible if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
  • If AFP must cancel the party due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, park closures), a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

7. Decorations and Set-Up

  • AFP will provide basic party essentials (tableware).
  • If you wish to bring your own decorations, please inform us in advance. No decorations can be attached to walls or ceilings without prior approval.
  • Decorations need to fit within the party table space provided and do not extend beyond the designated area to avoid obstructing walkways or other guests.
  • Decorations such as confetti, glitter, or piñatas are not permitted due to cleaning and safety concerns.  

8. Guest Conduct and Damages

  • All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other park attendees. AFP reserves the right to ask disruptive guests to leave without a refund.
  • The host of the party is financially responsible for any damages caused to the park property or equipment by members of their party.
  • Party guests share the entire park with other visitors. If there are wait times for any attractions, party guests are kindly asked to wait their turn, just like all other visitors.

9. Photography and Media

  • Guests are welcome to take photos and videos of the event. However, for the safety and privacy of other guests, photography and videography are restricted to your party area and your party participants.
  • AFP reserves the right to take photographs or videos of birthday parties for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your party to be photographed, please inform staff upon booking.  

10. Liability

  • AFP is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during the party.
  • By attending the party, all guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participation in indoor rides and attractions.
  • AFP will not be held liable for any injuries sustained during the party as a result of failure to follow park safety rules or failure to supervise children properly.  

11. Health and Safety

  • If any child or guest is feeling unwell, we kindly ask that they refrain from attending the party to protect the health of other guests.
  • AFP follows strict cleaning protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests.

12. Form of Payment

  • We are a cashless facility. We do not accept cash payments. We only accept VISA, Mastercard, and Debit card payments.

13. Final Notes

  • AFP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to the party host as needed.

AFP Adventure Camp Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Amazing Fun Park (AFP) to celebrate your special event! To ensure that your party is enjoyable and runs smoothly, please review the following Terms and Conditions and sign below. By booking a birthday party with us, you agree to abide by these terms.  

1. Registration & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot.
  • Weekly and daily registrations are subject to availability.
  • All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Registrations are non-transferable without prior approval from AFP.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable.
  • Credits may be issued at AFP’s sole discretion.
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for missed days, late arrivals, or early pick-ups.

3. Waiver Requirement

  • A valid AFP Waiver and Release of Liability must be completed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
  • Campers will not be permitted to attend
    without a completed waiver.

4. Participation & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in AFP Adventure Camp includes a variety of recreational activities such as rides, play structures, games, performing arts, STEM activities, and team challenges.
  • Parents/guardians understand and acknowledge that participation in these activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical or emotional injury, illness, or damage to personal property. Participation is voluntary and campers may choose not to participate in any activity if they feel uncomfortable. 

5. Health & Medical Responsibility

  • Parents/guardians confirm that their child is physically and medically able to participate.
  • Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed at registration.
  • AFP recommends consulting a physician if there are any concerns regarding participation.

6. Supervision & Camp Structure

  • Campers participate in structured and supervised recreational activities.
  • AFP Program Leaders provide supervision, however one-on-one supervision is not guaranteed.
  • Campers must follow all staff instructions and safety rules at all times.  

7. Guest Conduct and Damages

  • All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other park attendees. AFP reserves the right to ask disruptive guests to leave without a refund.
  • The host of the party is financially responsible for any damages caused to the park property or equipment by members of their party.
  • Party guests share the entire park with other visitors. If there are wait times for any attractions, party guests are kindly asked to wait their turn, just like all other visitors.

8. Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Campers must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian or authorized individual.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for timely pick-up at the end of camp hours or extended care.
  • AFP is not responsible for campers outside of registered program hours.
  • Campers must be picked up promptly at the end of their registered program hours.
  • A 10-minute grace period will be provided. After the grace period, a late pick-up fee of $15 per 15 minutes per child may apply.
  • Repeated late pick-ups may result in suspension from extended care services.

9. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Campers must behave respectfully toward staff and other participants.
  • Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from camp without refund.
  • AFP maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and aggressive behaviour.

10. Personal Belongings

  • All personal items should be labeled.
  • AFP is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings, including electronics, toys, or valuables.

11. Media Consent

  • AFP may photograph or record campers during activities.
  • These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
  • Parents must notify AFP in writing if they do not consent.  

12. Limitation of Liability

  • AFP shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in camp activities.
  • AFP’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the camp program.
  • AFP is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

  • Parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless AFP, its directors, staff, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from their child’s participation.

14. Program Changes

  • AFP reserves the right to modify activities, schedules, or programming as needed to ensure safety and quality of experience.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by  the laws of the Province of Ontario.

16. Parent / Guardian Agreement

By registering your child in AFP Adventure Camp, you confirm that:

  • You are the parent or legal guardian (or have authority to register the child). • You have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • You accept the risks associated with participation.
